Meeting at Terrace Bar

Today we met with all the groups that are using Terrace Bar as a venue. We took a proper look at the area and the wall spaces. We decided that we would use the upstairs area for the films and decided to have one projector playing the a looped reel with all the films that all the groups produced. I think this is a good idea as its collaborative in another form as it combines the other groups work with our groups work. We then went downstairs and decided on space that we would like to display our work on. We decided on a seating are at the back of the bar and had asked for the whole wall space. We then separated out the wall and decided on what sections are best to display our work on me and howard decided on the right hand side wall because we are displaying our work together as it is photography based and is a fairly large wall. I really like the look of terrace bar and feel it will show our exhibition nicely!

We also disscussed time slots for watchig over the work and also posters and advertising for the exhibition and buying materials such as nails and bulldog clips etc.
