1. The Best Bit, Which part of this unit have you engaged with most? Say why
I have enjoyed meeting people of different discipines and working as a team towards a final collaboration. I have been able to use a different practice on my project which is something I have not done before , I feel this shows the risks I have taken, I enjoyed using photography as an outcome as I'm usually a print person and someone who only uses photgraphy for research. Working with a group has also been good because we were able to engage and give eachother feedback and inspiration on how to further our own ideas. I have also been able to learn new things in not only photography but film and media which has made my work more versitile and I am now open to exploring in other discipines.
2. Things that worked. What are the most successful aspects of your work for this unit and why?
I think my final outcome is my most successful aspect of this unit because it shows exactly what I imagined and tried to portray . It shows all the research I did at the begining and also works well in the exhibition with Howards work and everyone elses, It fits in well with our collaborative vision. The colours and the way all the pictures fit together I feel is a strong point in my final photographs as I have though carefully about how they would fit in the exhibition.
3. Things to work on. Which aspects of your work will require more attention in the future and why?
If I had more time on this project I feel I could have taken my photography further by mixing other aspects wuch as my drawings and making collages and also making my images into patterns and prints. I also think I need to work on my blog by being selective on what I put on it as sometimes I have the tendency to put too much information on it. Overall I feel I have worked well with my group and we have all communicated and kept in touch throughout the whole process and we should be proud of our exhibition.
